Shipping & Returns

What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped through FedEx, UPS, or USPS based on the customers choice at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Customs duties and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the box(es). Please e-mail a list items you intend to order so we may calculate the best, most efficient, and least expensive method to ship your order.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges may apply.

What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product. A restocking fee may apply. Custom built products can not be returned.

Communications

If you select during the order process or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used by Chaos Fab Shop to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product information. If you prefer not to receive such Communications, please do not select the ‘Please inform me option’. If you do select this option and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications, please use the features made available to you.

Brochure Mailing List

If you have requested a Chaos Fab Shop brochure, all information is kept completely confidential and is not shared with any third parties. We may, on occasion, send you an updated catalog or brochure. If you do not wish to receive any mail from Chaos Fab Shop, please contact us via email at [email protected] . Include your name and mailing address and email address. You will be removed from any future mailings.

Communications to Serve You

If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at the Site, emailing our Customer Service department or placing an order, we may provide you with service related announcements concerning the Site or contact you regarding your customer service requests or your order. Chaos Fab Shop seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every on-line order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. Stephanie Herron was assigned to oversee the major repair work done to my 1965 Chevy C10 vehicle.  Stephanie provided excellent technical expertise and excellent customer service!  Stephanie always kept me informed of all the work Chaos performed and always provided recommendations.  Stephanie kept me updated on my C10 engine rebuild the resolving the recent oil leak issues.  As always, a special thanks to Stephanie Herron and the amazing team at Chaos!!  You’re the best Chaos!!

The team at Chaos are true professionals.  Chaos rebuilt and installed my 472 Cadillac engine and also installed a new customized AC compressor into my 65 C10. They designed, built, and installed a custom hitch for a 2026 Mini Cooper as estimated and ahead of schedule. Plus they provided photos of the before, during, and after which were quite helpful. Taking a custom kit car based on a 1959 Austin Healey Body and a Ford Mustang powerplant to a shop requires a massive amount of trust, but Danielle, Allen, AK, and the crew treated my car with absolute precision and respect. They started with a meticulous, multi-hour comprehensive safety check-over to catch hidden issues and outline a perfect game plan.
The quality of their work is elite. They solved some serious timing issues with the distributor, rebuilt and tuned my carburetor to perfection,  sorted out a loose steering column, resolved an exhaust leak at the header, and resealed a leaking rear axle.
The car went from a concerning drive wondering if it'd make it home, to a powerhouse roadster: British Style meets American Muscle that I can take out and drive with no worries about mechanical issues or safety.

AK, Pete, and the lady at the front desk (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) were all welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Family-owned shop that actually cares about the work and the customer experience.

They were thorough, took their time, and got my alignment dialed down to a tee (I provided them with my target alignment specs). They documented all findings and had picture evidence for everything.

After my approval, He went ahead and replaced the upper and lower oil pan gaskets, resealed the rear differential, new oil and oil filter, new fluid in front and rear differentials. While waiting had opportunity to discuss Bead locks/ Bead Grip wheels and dual battery solutions with the Advisor.  Great experience as usual

AK and the Chaos team has been super active in the community at various track events and I’ve always been impressed by them. I can happily report that my first service went very well! They are super professional, very communicative, and they provide a great pre-and post service report. I’m looking forward to working with these guys again in the near future!
